Questions, answered

How long until I can start?

Andrew takes three new clients per intake. Apply to join the waitlist — when a place opens, he'll call for a quick Q&A. If it's a good fit, you'll be invited to join. Your Diagnostic usually starts within weeks.

What support is available?

Andrew guides you and your team personally, with your AI Consultant keeping changes on track — fed by Andrew with tools, milestones and direction. Each sprint has four meetings: a kick-off, two review sessions, and a completion meeting. Extra sessions are $895.

What if a sprint isn't finished in six weeks?

Your AI Consultant chases progress to keep momentum, and every sprint includes a pause of up to two weeks. Deadlines matter — so you get the benefits sooner, and new clients waiting to join Growth Loops aren't penalised.

Why can't I start with the AI workers?

Because AI multiplies whatever it finds — including the problems. The Blueprint gets the business growing even without AI. Then AI amplifies the wins, and gets you there faster.

How do I know AI will be safe?

Everything is isolated and locked down — technically, and by permissions. Guardrails, hosting and security are built into the Platform.

What do my AI workers do?

Almost anything your team does — reports, dashboards, audits, proposals, drafts, recommendations — just 3–5x faster, and often better. The difference is control. We've all heard stories of AI deleting or publishing something it shouldn't. Your AI workers can't: nothing is sent, published or changed without you. They produce the work; you approve and execute. All the output, none of the risk.

Can my AI workers publish and run things fully automated?

Eventually, yes. But not on day one — full automation is earned. As productivity jumps, your business will change fast: new processes, new ways of working with your AI team.
